Mojeep Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mojeep! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website, mobile app, or any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mojeep’s platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Mojeep is an online platform that connects users with local restaurants and delivery partners to facilitate food ordering and delivery services across Oman.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.

4. Orders and Payments

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless permitted by the restaurant.
All prices are listed in Omani Rial (OMR) and include applicable taxes.
Payment can be made via debit/credit card, mobile wallet, or cash on delivery (where available).
Mojeep is not responsible for any bank or payment gateway failures.

5. Delivery Terms

Delivery time estimates are provided by restaurants and may vary.
In the case of an unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, charges may still apply.
Users agree to be available to accept the delivery at the provided address.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are provided only in exceptional cases, such as non-delivery or proven poor food quality.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the order.
Mojeep reserves the right to approve or deny any refund at its sole discretion.

7. Restaurant Partner Terms

Restaurant partners are responsible for ensuring their listings, pricing, and food quality.
Mojeep acts only as a facilitator and is not liable for the performance of restaurant services.

8. Delivery Partner Terms

Delivery partners must meet Mojeep's requirements and operate with integrity.
Mojeep reserves the right to deactivate accounts of delivery partners found violating terms.

9. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Misuse of coupons may lead to cancellation of the order and/or suspension of the user account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mojeep platform including logos, designs, texts, images, and software is owned or licensed by Mojeep and protected by applicable laws.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the platform for illegal purposes.
Interfere with the platform’s functionality.
Post false or misleading reviews or content.

12. Limitation of Liability

Mojeep is not liable for:

Delays or failures in delivery caused by restaurants, delivery partners, or unforeseen circumstances.
Food quality, hygiene, or packaging — responsibility lies with the restaurant.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

14. Termination

Mojeep reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these terms without notice.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
